Does not dry dishes well

This was installed in our new home by the builder and I wish I had asked to upgrade to a better model. This dishwasher has a plastic door inside and holds condensation and doesn't help with drying the dishes the way a metal door would. It barely drys glass and does not dry plastics. There are no features with this basic model such as delayed wash and the cycle options are very basic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never works. Washer takes forever.

Ive had my dishwasher for a month now. Doesn't dry my dishes and has now accumulated mold in the unit. There is always standing water and the dishes don't ever seem to get clean even with heavy settings turned on.

This item came with a house I built and its the worse dishwasher I ever ran into. does not dry and stays wet for days inside.

Cheap Build, Poor Design, Abysmal Performance

1. This dishwasher is too weak to properly clean a normal level of soil. The only cycle that works is "Heavy" which takes three hours - unacceptable!
2. The soap cup is narrow and deep, with a flat bottom. This means that soap tablets don't fall into the machine when the lid opens: instead they sit there and weld themselves to the inside of the soap cup while the dishes get sprayed with muck. Only liquid soap works.
3. Dry cycle doesn't dry anything: dishes are always wet.
4. Flimsy door: bends and wiggles.
5. Poor soundproofing. The motor is very quiet, but ALL of the spurting/spraying/splashing noise inside the machine is loud and echoes throughout the house.

Worst product ever. Never worked from the beginning. The sensors for the doors do not work and g.e does not have proper techs to fix issues. Worst purchase of all time!

Horrible Product

We purchased the stainless steel package for our new build home and this is the dishwasher that was included. It is extremely loud, even the recommended detergent does not fully dissolved, it seems to run forever, dishes never seem clean and the most annoying thing is that even with the temp boost and heated dry features on I still have to take every dish out after the cycle and either let them air dry or hand dry. This dishwasher is not only worthless it is an absolute burden.wish I would have known this was the product we were getting because we would have purchased one on our own.

Looks nice

This dishwasher's apprearance is nice since it has a nice clean looking front, however the heated dry is hit or miss and we've had a few times the soap dispenser doesn't open during the cycle, so we have to rewash the dishes. Wasted water :(
