Dishwasher was part of new house appliance package. Did not even live in house more than 2 weeks and dishwasher stopped working.

Sub-par performance

This product has no door lock feature and DOES NOT dry the dishes, even though it has a "heated dry" feature. After running the cycle and even letting the dishes sit overnight, they are still soaking wet in the morning. It came pre-purchased with our new house and I will be calling the company soon to complain that it's performance is poor/unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not drying dishes

We built a new house and this dishwasher came as part of the kitchen package. We are not sure, but it does appear to be drying the dishes as if the heating element is not working, can we get services on this unit, its only 3 months old.
