i bought this appliance about a month ago and love it except a little dissappointed in how dry's. not all that great.The machine is very quiet and does a graet job cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps Breaking!

I am extremely disappointed in this product! This dishwasher is less than a year old and has broken twice. Same thing, the same dispenser does not release the soap. We had someone come out and they said it was the motherboard. The repair man broke a piece on the dishwasher while fixing. The warranty just expired and I am sure we will be paying quite a bit to have it fixed again, not even 6 months later. I thought GE was known for higher quality products. I absolutely do not recommend this product and may consider going with a different brand in the future.

Drying Problems

We recently purchased a new home and your dishwasher was installed in the home. We like the dishwasher however have been very disappointed in its drying cycle. We spoke with a couple that bought a new house across the street, and they said they had the exact same problem with their dishwasher. It appears that this is a common problem with this dishwasher as I have seen numerous reviews with the same issue.

Worst Dishwasher

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned! I did NOT pick it out, as it came with our new house. There are very few features to choose from and does not have a "delay" option for it to start in 2 or 4 hours. The dishwasher runs for 2-1/2 - 3 hours!!! We live in an area where we have hard water. I have purchased products to use to help with the water spots and cloudy build-up, but there is only one cup for the detergent, so am unable to use any of the powdered products. We have to rinse EVERYTHING off the dishes or else the dishwasher will not clean everything off! I am VERY disappointed in this GE dishwasher! I wish I could use the cost of this dishwasher to upgrade to a better one.

Broken Prongs

Within 6 months of moving into our new home and using our new dishwasher we have had 4 prongs break due to rust. The ones that are still attached all have rust at the base of the prongs and I am afraid those will rust and break too.

Worst dishwasher I have ever owned

Have only had my dishwasher one year and I am getting ready to make my fourth service call on it. Computer panel went out, it leaked, heating element did not work and dishes would not dry. Not happy with this dishwasher at all!!!

No Hotwater, Does not dry adeqately

I does not get the dishes dry. The function to heat the water is very limited. I must run the water in my sink until it is HO in order to get hot water to the dishwasher. The inside of the dishwasher remains wet after the cycle is finished. I must prop to door open to allow it to dry and avoid mold/mildew problems. This appliance was installed in a new home I purchased.

This dishwasher was installed by the builder. It is just mediocre, certainly not inline with the quality home we have. It does not dry well even when following the suggestions by turning hot water on and keeping a drying agent in washer.
