Doesn't start, doesn't dry, quiet when works

I've had this dishwasher for a little over a month and it worked the first couple of times, but now it won't start. I've read the manual, watched the videos and the start button keeps blinking. No amount of cancelling or re-setting breaker (according to website) will work. On top of that, when it does start, the dishes don't dry well and the silverware basket is positioned so that it blocks the detergent dispenser. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This appliance was installed by the builder. It doesn't seem to work as well as the one I owned in my previous house.

We couldn't be happier with our GE dishwasher! Our previous dishwasher left a film on the dishes and grit in the cups and glassware. But that's a problem on the past now. I wouldn't trade this product for the world and will never use another brand!

This dishwashwer was supplied builder. Racks and spacing are good but not as quite as I would like

Nice new dishwasher for which you don't have to rinse the dishes before loading. For a small model, it still holds a lot of dishes and gets them clean!

Economical solution

This model came with or new home, which is admittedly on the lower end of the price and quality spectrum. We had another model GE dishwasher in our previous home and we loved it. This model is simply cheaper and has fewer features. The silverware trays fall off easily when removing clean dishes and the door is cheap and clunky. We will probably replace it with a higher quality model when we have the extra money to do so.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
