Very basic with some flaws

This model offers very basic functionality. Doesn't seem to be a quiet worker, but that could be dependent on the installation. Most importantly, the detergent lid doesn't always open at the right time, leaving dishes dirty and detergent liquid half dried on the inside door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didn't have a choice installed by builder

I would have chosen a different model. I didn't really have choice in which model I received other than color, the builder installed the unit as part of the build out.
I really preferred my old dishwasher in the previous house! Yes it was louder, but it was finished much quicker. It also had a delay timer that I could use to set it to run while everyone was sleeping.
