Piece of junk

This dishwasher was installed in our new house so we didn't have any choices. It takes over 3 hours to run a load. We have it on heated water and heated dry. I use Cascade. There's a soap residue from the cup down the door and also on the dishes. I've tried the drying agents before and they just don't work; they make the glasses have more of a film on them. The silverware basket is annoying because you have to take each individual piece out when emptying. We usually run it after dinner and open the door about 6 inches after it has 'dried' so it will finish drying by morning. Even then the inside of the tub and the door has water on it. I've had many dishwashers in my lifetime and this one is the worst. I am very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

RUNS QUIETLY, BUT THE WASH CYCLE IS EXTREMELY LONG. NOT EFFECIENT FOR LARGE FAMILIES. ALSO, THE RACKS INSIDE ARE NOT EASY TO USE FOR DISH PLACEMENT.

Good economy dishwasher

I got this dishwasher for my elderly mother. It was in her price range and has provided good service. She has always rinsed her dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, and is very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this dishwasher for about 6 months, and have had issues with the soap dispenser. It seems to gunk up in the silverware holder constantly. However, I have a service appointment soon to see what the problem is.

The lower rack with its non-vertical supports is a space waster and makes in difficult to load certain dishes. The biggest problem is that the dishes and the inside of the dishwasher door come out wet after a wash cycle. We have turned on the
"wash temp boost" and the heated dry but everything still comes out wet. Will appreciate additional help with this problem.

Stay Away! Worst dishwasher I've had by far

The dishwasher, which has has already been replaced once, is by far the worst I've owned! Wash cycles take 3 hours, dishes come out dirty and still wet, detergent door only opens sometimes, and the flatware caddy is awkward. I spend a lot of time prewashing dishes because this machine is such a piece of junk! Stay away at all costs!!! I wish I had read these reviews before hand!

It cleans really well, but the down side is that it takes 3 hours and 15 minutes
to do a load of dishes
