[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hoping to love my new L13 after having an L440 and an L540 as well as an N22, but unfortunately I do not.
I like most aspects of this computer, except for one very important thing. It is not very useful as a laptop due to the design of the fan. Most of the fan vents are on the bottom of the laptop. When sitting on a lap or anything but a table, especially while charging, the laptop gets too hot. I even bought a lap desk to use, but the rubber foot on the back side slips into the groove on the back of the lap desk and makes the fan flat against the lap desk. I didn't realize this and when I was last using the lap desk, the laptop powered off due to getting too hot. I lifted it up and it was almost burning hot.
I'm not sure if this is standard for laptops in this class nowadays, but why is the fan on bottom? I understand space is limited, but there has to be another way. I hope the next generation can be improved.

I recently updated my old Lenovo for the brand new LENOVO Think Pad L13 and I couldn’t be more happy. It’s more light, fast and efficient, plus they have a great costumer service. I really recommend this brand!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I like this computer. Two things that so far stand out to me. Don't like the keyboard feels little cheap. Also the surface gets dirty from hands very easily. Other that these two things I am liking it so far. This is going to be a laptop fo business only and will travel with me to and from work daily so I like the size and weight.
