[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Lenovo Thinkpad L13 is fantastic. I love how light and compact it is. I had mine switched to an i5 processor so the speed is incredible. This is my first computer that is not an Apple and I was afraid I wouldn’t get used to it but it is so user friendly and easy to use. Windows 10 is a great supplement to the work I have to do Which is IT fundamentals and is a great operating system. I would definitely recommend a Lenovo Thinkpad to anyone who is on the fence.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a thinkpad and absolutely loved it and never had any issues which is why I bought this one. It Works very well but gets overheated quickly. I experienced a few crashes when it got over heated from long zoom calls/ video chats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very happy with my ThinkPad L 13 laptop. It runs fast and smooth and is very easy to use. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is that the widows software doesn't update the battery driver, so you have to uninstall it and restart the computer and the drivers update when it comes back on. Other than that though I love this computer and would recommend anyone to get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] happy with the purchase but did not realize the keyboard is not lighted, thought thankpad should all come with lighted keyboard for to me it is a high end model, though it is my fault that I did not read carefully my model did not come with lighted keyboard.
