The build quality and materials are really sturdy and the display is really nice. I've installed Elementary OS and I'm getting around 5 hours of normal browsing usage.
The only negative point is the fact the it sustains a lot of fingerprints.

very low priced laptop, lower quality as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The L13 isn't as good as x1 carbon. however, can't complain since the price point is a lot lower. x1 carbon newest edition runs about $1500. the L13 only cost about $500. however, in retrospect, I would have bought last year's version of x1 carbon for about $800, and it would be a lot nicer specs and better quality parts than the L13. I find that the keyboard is harder to type on L13. very stiff and loud. the screen is not as good quality. It overheats quite a bit. the battery life is much shorter than advertised (when brand new, it only lasted 7 hours at work and I turned down the brightness of the screen to the minimum, and on the website it is advertised as 14.1 hours).
