Lenovo L13: I purchased this laptop two weeks ago. It is my dream machine even though its not fully loaded but I've brand loyalty with thinkware. I'm enjoying using this laptop. battery life is superb. Gets charged quickly. Everything is awsome about it. Problems: Bluetooth gets paired but doesn't connect to other devices. Lodged a complaint but haven't heard from them yet. Does heat up if not placed properly/ventilated.
Other than that its a very very great laptop. Texture of the metal is different but unique. color is great too (other than black) lol.
Good device but for some reason it keeps on losing internet connection, I know its not my internets problem because my other devices are fine. Also it gets really heated when doing very light activity.

So far, so good with the ThinkPad L13 13-inch laptop after about a month of use. The keyboard is a bit tight, but workable. The benefit is it doesn't take up much space. The built-in mousepad is a bit quick to the touch, so I've connected a mouse and all is well. The setup took three tries -- probably pilot error -- but the third time was a charm. What I like about the L13 is that it's very quick to set up and browse the net. It's quite powerful for a little machine. Very good on Zoom calls. Suits my needs quite well. Very reliable.

don't turn on monitor

i got this laptop today. Even though I charged over 2 hours, this laptop's monitor do not turn on! This laptop speaks for keyboard setting, but I can't do anything cuz I don't see anything. I don't understand this laptop got lot of 5 stars!! I just give zero star and service is horrible too. I recorded my problem, but I can't added my record file! It must youtube file!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed - Students beware

Upon the recommendation of a friend I ordered the ThinkPad L13 in June 2020 for my 11 year old son going into Grade 6. While his needs were fairly minimal, I decided to spend a bit more on a Lenovo Thinkpad versus cheaper student notebooks available because I wanted quality that would last more than one year. We are now 6 months in and have had nothing but problems with this laptop. We have had it serviced more than once under extended warranty with disruption to his studies at school because it has literally stopped working. Lenovo is not backing up the product in any type of meaningful way. They have indicated despite the number of problems that cannot be fixed, the problem needs to be the exact same 3 times before they will even think about replacing. Given that my son has barely used this laptop (light surfing with a few word processing applications, he is not a gamer) I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality and the lack of support (despite an extended warranty) from Lenovo. Would not recommend.

There is not much to say about this laptop other than it works great. Perfect for working and for school. Battery life is great too, and recharges pretty quickly.
