[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My X200 series from 2017 was better (faster, less glitchy), even though the L13 has better specs. It's also frustrating that the L13 was not compatible with my old docking station. This one has a better monitor, though.

Thinkpad...not what I'd expected or hoped for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So disappointed in this purchase. Owned a Lenovo laptop G40, which was an excellent product in every respect. The new Thinkpad, despite being more expensive, feels poorly made...came without a cd-drive, as many computers now do, and will not record online audio...a major reason I bought it. (I assumed, obviously incorrectly, that any PC would record online audio.) Left and right clicker buttons are above the trackpad, which is counterintuitive and would be a non-starter had I done better research and realized this before purchase. Honestly, I've put the Thinkpad in a closet and continue to use the old G40, despite its occasional slowness and old-age freezes. I feel I wasted $550 on the Thinkpad. While the computing power and processing seems fine, the above-mentioned drawbacks leave me with huge buyer-regret.

Seems to get a little over heated quickly so I have a cooling pad for it. Occasionally freezes and kicks me off video calls if I have my video camera on, but I’m unsure if that’s just a network issues. Otherwise very happy with this product.

Works wonderfully! Can easily handle a bunch of memory-heavy programs at once (I went with the 8gig upgrade). For example, I’ve been able to use a RAM-hogging browser while streaming on Discord no problem. Compact, crisp display, and doesn’t overheat easily.
Only qualm I have is small: the USB-C charging port can feel flimsy at times, not as “set in” to the laptop as other charging plugs can be, and no magnet to hold it in place in lieu of port depth for physical hold. Ah well. Still an amazing machine for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a pretty good computer. The mouse pad is a little hard to use and the speaker is on the bottom which makes the audio a little muffled. Those are my only main complaints, though. Other than that, it works great and does what I need it to.
