I have other GE products and never had a problem. My stove burner cover was burnt and I received a replacement in 2 days. Best service ever.

the only negative to this is it does not dry the dishes. We have to open the door and let the dishes finish air drying.

I like the fact that the dishwasher is much quieter than my previous GE dishwasher, but the soap container never completely empties when I run a load of dishes. The dryer keeps things wet when it finishes, so the dishwasher stays humid inside even after I leave the door propped open. I would recommend this item with some reservations.

It seems a bit smaller than my previous full size but it can be packed a little more efficiently so I guess it's a wash (har har). It is very quiet and I hardly notice when it is on. Make sure you do not put tall utensils in front of the soap release or it will get stuck and you'll have to run a 3 hour cycle twice.

Quite the Quiet Machine!

We're so pleased to be able to enjoy a movie on TV while the dinner dishes wash. Our only disappointment has been with our cereal bowls not seeming to fit in safely anywhere. We're not giving up, though, for this machine cleans so well, it's worth buying ones that fit better!
