This machine works better than the 15 year old model it replaced, but there are issues. There are too many silverware holders. The top rack is too small, eliminate the silverware and make the rack bigger. The silverware doesn't always come clean, maybe that's because it's against the door. Also the soap dispenser doesn't always empty, even though I only half fill it. It seem to leave soap scum on the dishes every so often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice for the Price!

I am glad we purchased this dishwasher, it works well and was a great deal for the price. It has the piranha food disposal which is a nice feature, also the top and bottom spray bars seem to work well. The only minor issue we had was the Cascade dishwasher soap packets sometimes are not completely gone or dissolved when the cycle is over, maybe not even a reflection of the dishwasher, it may have been the packets, either way this dishwasher is well worth the money and I would recommend it to others!

Soap dispenser never works--opens up but does not push soap out.

However your design of the silver rack is not very good. The front slots are not usable as the silverware tends to slip out and the slots are not large enough to fit some silverware.

This product was part of a new home appliance package we selected. I am so happy with our choice! This dishwasher is quiet, and has great cleaning options. I especially like the sani-cycle -- it really does get items super clean and sanitized.

I'm very satisfied with this dishwasher. It is by far the best one we've ever had! I LOVE that you can use just the top rack or the bottom rack or both!! The other thing I especially love is that it truly is very quiet! I also wanted one that had a food grinder, has lots of room and actually cleans well...this one does it all and even has hidden controls! LOVE it!!
