Have to run the hot water ahead of time to get the soap to dissolve properly. Almost always something doesn't get clean.

detergent dispenser does not always work

Excessively long drying times

Model has excessively long drying times. That being said dishes are still not dry. Numerous calls and maintenance visits confirm "normal".

Dishwasher was part of the package included in our Ryan Home.
The unit is very quiet and cleans well.
One problem is that the detergent dispenser doesn't completely eject the solution when the basket in the front bottom tray is full. ( leave the center basket empty.
Other than that so far so good.
