Works well MOST of the time!

We bought this dishwasher about a month ago and used it about 20 times or so. I love the spacing, the depth of the racks and that the silverware goes in the rack on the outside of the main racks. I also love that you can take something out of the clean dishwasher without unloading the whole thing and the "clean" light will stay lit to warn everyone in the house that the dishes are clean! It will stay on until you close the door ALL the way, which is a great feature! HOWEVER, at least 3 times the dishwasher has gone through the entire cycle (which takes at least an hour if you heat dry) and I open the door expecting to see clean dishes, but just find that the soap is still in the dishwasher and only started to come out of its holder then just slid down the door of the dishwasher and just stayed all over the outside silverware rack... The dishes aren't really clean if the soap didn't end up on all the other dishes... So I have to rewash the dishes all over again! Also, the silverware handles don't come out clean if you use the little lids with slotted holes. It's great that the top of silverware is clean, but I like the WHOLE knife, fork, spoon to be clean don't you? ;)

So far we are very disappointed with this dishwasher. Very often the silverware isn't clean after the wash cycle. In addition, sometimes the detergent pac doesn't completely dissolve. As a result, part of it remains in the compartment or in the bottom of the dishwasher. Finally, it is difficult to load the dishwasher properly. As a result the capacity is very disappointing. Very unhappy with this purchase!

I've never written a bad review before. However... I do not care for this dishwasher at all. The dishes are never dry. Half of the time the detergent doesn't dissolve. I was told to run the hot water in the adjacent sink until it was hot before starting the dishwasher... it doesn't help. I didn't have to do that with my last dishwasher and it dissolved the powder as well as dried the dishes. I've heard these issues are common with the new dishwashers. Sorry, but I do not like this dishwasher and would not recommend it. Had we not just paid a fortune for our new kitchen I would trash it and get a new one. Can't wait until I have the funds to do so.

This dishwasher is very quiet when running. It not only has a sleek, stylish appearance, but most importantly, it does a terrific job cleaning dishes, pots, and silverware.

This thing is quiet and cleans very well. The top adjustable rack is quite a nice feature and being able to select top rack or bottom rack when doing a light load is a big plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgrade for house build

Upgraded to the stainless model with hidden controls. Not as quiet as I expected. Smaller interior than my prior dishwasher. Does not work well on light cycle, or dry plastic ware at all.

Poor features. Cleaning is erratic

I have this dishwasher since November 2014 and I am not happy with it at all.
I find it noisy, it doesn't dry dishes effectively unless I put the dry cycle on, which adds 45 minutes to the cycle, and even then all plastic containers remain wet. Soap dispenser doesn't always open because of the poor design of the silverware basket. The upper level tray's prongs do not fold down to accommodate different size containers. Most troubling of all is erratic cleaning, dishes do not always come out clean. I was told to add a booster powder to the cycle which proceeded to remove the markings on my measuring cups and fade colors on cookware.
