Not well designed

This was installed in our new home in June 2014. While it looks beautiful, the overall functionality is not designed well. The buttons are not user-friendly, leaving many chances for an interrupted dish cycle that doesn't complete itself. The space inside isn't laid out well for plates, glasses, etc, and we have had to re-run at least 15 loads so far due to clogged soap/unwashed dishes/cloudy glasses (we've only had the product 90 days). I normally don't write reviews, but this product has been one of the worst dishwashers we've ever had. We take care to rinse dishes before loading, and we don't overload the dishwasher, and we're still having problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishes are spotless!

We bought this model because of the steam and sanitize features. With a newborn baby, we needed something that was going to get our dishes clean with not a lot of hassle. With the system grinder, we don't have to pre-wash our plates before putting them into the dishwasher. Saves time and allows us to spend more time with our little one. :)

Good features, could perform better.

Very quiet. The front rack for silverware is a good concept, but it the slots are too small for the handles on our silverware. The dishwasher also does not seem to clean as good as one would expect. All dishes have to be pre-washed or they will not come out clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet - easy to load

My dishes are sparkling clean every time! My water is hard and the adjustment for adding the amount of jet dry dispersed corrects those spotted glasses for good! The inside layout will hold a mountain of stuff. Like the silverware trays-their layout makes everything always clean when done.

Been using this one for 2 months. Cleans very well, but drying is not its strenght. In fact +60% of the times glasses and silverware (upper rack) are wet after a cycle.

Had to have a repair person here and pretty much replace the "guts" and still the silverware is coming out dirty.
