I like the way it cleans but wonder why it take over 3 hours to wash the dishes? Also, when the water pulsates into the dishwasher, it sounds like it's struggling to fill. Is all this normal?

We purchased this, not only because ours had died, but because of its sanitize feature. We had an infant and a toddler when purchased and it has been great not only for its cleaning capabilities but also the sanitizing feature for cleaning bottles.

We bought this product several months ago and it has proven to be a good purchase. Being able to choose between full or half loads is great. Product very easy to use and operates very quietly.

You have to be right next to the dishwasher to hear if it is still running. Cleans the dishes great as well. I like being able to turn on/off the drying feature to save more energy if wanted. It is also very sleek and the hidden buttons help the look. The only issue i have had is large serving spoons or spatulas can interfere with the soap dispensing since the silverware racks are in front.

Cleans well. No place for odd items. bottom large dish area can only be used for that. knives can not be cleaned in bottom center nor anywhere on top if not short.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
