I bought the entire line. Dishwasher,
Stove, microwave, fridge. I had to have the door on fridge replaced, and I'm on my 3rd dishwasher!!!

Very sleek looking model. The sleek look hides the challenges to the true purpose of the Dish Washer...not easy to load for either coffee cups, bowls or place-settings. You MUST check your place settings completely after washing to insure each piece is clean. As for bowls, they must be dried by hand after washing as each will hold water.
The controls on top of the door are confusing and are ON even when not in use.
Final thought, looks good on the sales floor and in your kitchen...but you purchase this to WASH DISHES and make life easier, this was not my best choice.

I like the counter balance on the spin cycle for the washer no vibration at all.
but why can't they make an efficient washer dryer in the same box look much space it would save

This is the second GE dishwasher we have had. It find the following defects: loading the does washing soap and turning the machine on only to find that she the cycle is complete the soap is just seating their on the inside of the door and I have to run it again. Also, the silverware racks are still wet when I
take them out and have to inspect each piece to see I'd it needs to be dried.

Not a great cleaning machine

I WANT to love it. I really do. It looks cool, appears to be one that should be a winner.
The truth is though, it performs.... well.... shall we say... jy helping it clean sust okay.
This thing will NOT take the caked on, dried on stuff off at all. You MUST pre-wash.
The "steam" function which I thought looked like a winningly cool feature, giving the impression that this thing would steam dried on grime loose, simply isn't (cool, or useful). Purely cosmetic.
Within a week, the top spray arm popped off. I couldn't figure out how to reconnect it, so the service folks had top come out.
A couple of weeks later, a package arrived with "Three" replacement spray arms. What does that tell you? They expect this thing to fall apart.
Bottom line, would I buy this machine again given the opportunity, Can you guess?
No.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We picked this dishwasher out for our new house. It's extremely quiet, does a great job washing everything and the dishes actually fit on the rack. The only issue is that the upper silverware holder doesn't fit quite right with the shape of the ends of our silverware .
I would recommend this to a friend!
