They warp in the middle and would be nice to have a system to stack on top of each other and lock in place.

A) They warp in the middle. Sometimes this causes the drawers to catch on the frame while opening or shutting.
B) They have a little ridge around the boarder on the top that is about 1/8 inch or 1/4 inch. This makes it hard to put something like a glass/drink, as it sits crooked and unstable if you set one on that ridge area. Along with the warping in the middle, it makes it virtually impossible to put anything liquid on top as this causes unsteadiness (easier to tip over and spill). Notice how the liquid in the cup is not level. However the ridge would contain the spill from running over if that is what its purpose is.
C) It would be nice to have a way that they could lock into each other to be able to stack them.
D) The way they are built, the frame is exposed and that collects a lot of dust along the sides.

First the place that holds the wheels was cracked, so I took the wheels off even though that is why I wanted these,then the top sinks so you cannot open the drawer

Fanstic For My Uses

I purchased this specifically to hold the different sizes of baking pans/sheets, etc. that fit the Convection Oven (shown in picture) and the AirFryer I have. First I removed the keyboard tray from the computer table. Then I placed this 3-drawer Wide White Cart {and put the keyboard tray on top for some place to put it}. I can see what is inside each tray and is really nice to have.

Plastic which encloses the casters broke off

The plastic encasement around the casters broke off, it is too flimsy. What would be the best solution to fix this problem? Is there a replacement part or work-around to it? I tried using super glue on it but it fell off again in the same day. Please advise.

I use several of the rolling carts various size bins to store craft supplies and computer supplies. I like the fact that the carts roll allowing me to move my supplies from room to room as I work on various projects. I recently moved. I removed the caster wheels to keep the carts stable in the moving van. Now that I am settled in my new home, I can not find the caster wheels to one of my carts. Is there a way to purchase the caster wheels for the 3-Drawer cart?

We have this cart. A caster broke on it and I started tracking down who to contact to get a replacement one. I don't have the instructions for it, so I had to look online. I found the web site and located the Contact Us link. I used it and, surprisingly and pleasantly, got a positive response back from the customer service branch. The replacement wheel arrived today. Now, instead of putting it in the trash, we will be using it for many years to come! Thanks for the great customer service!

Does its job...if you're careful

I have one of these in my craft room to hold my art tablets and painting supplies. Admittedly not as impressed with these as I am with the square, more compact versions. Being longer in width, the plastic seems to have an even harder time holding weight. You have to balance things out carefully if you're going to put anything on the heavier side in these. Also, the top of the product bows quite easily when anything is set on top, which can make the drawers lock up.
