I can get the machine to work

A must have for all makers. This machine is life saver. Only negative is not the machine but Brothers cutting mats. Adhesive wears out too easily and fabric doesn’t stick thus resulting to bad cuts.

I have never had a printer that was so easy to use! Brother brand is the way to go! I’ve always bought other brand and only had luck with them for about the first few prints! But not this one. I can be anywhere away from my printer and request that something gets printed and when I arrive it’s there in the tray waiting for me! How handy! The set up was super easy!

My sdx125e

This machine hasn't cut since the dayI got it. I have reached out to brother and have they have not been successful with helping me. I have watched many video's and have joined groups to figure this out. It is now in for service. Really not happy. Does not work as advertised
