Very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I will admit at first I was a bit intimidated of the Scan N Cut machine. I always wanted to try one and was super excited to have the opportunity. Setup was quite simply and very straight forward. The project that came with the machine took less than 2 minutes to complete. I can’t wait to make more things.

Absolutely Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for Free from Brother in exchange for my honest review/opinion. The Brother SDX125e machine is very nice. The light blue color is very pretty. This machine is great for creating all types of crafty projects. You can make prints for t-shirts, face mask. You can and even create cute labels to personalize different items such as, mugs, ribbons, water bottles and much more. It was very easy to operate the Brother SDX125e device. My family and I will be creating matching t-shirt and face masks designs for our Family Vacation. Overall, this product is well worth it and is easy for most people to use for creating a multitude of projects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst purchase ever

I wish I had bought the Maker. Waste of money. Can't get mats to load. Mats are too expensive. If they get a wrinkle - useless.

Very disappointed with the performance

I am so disappointed. I bought this machine for my business and to also make crafts with my son. I opened the box, set up the software and got right to work. First thing I realize is the software I was hoping to use isn’t available in the US. That was the first of many problems. To sell a machine and not disclose this is not acceptable and I feel as though I was scammed. The second issue is cutting a circle. I printed my customers business logo on a sticker sheet and scanned it into canvas workspace. I aligned everything perfectly and put circles around the stickers where I wanted to cut. I then proceeded to cut the stickers and to my surprise they were completely off. I wasted an entire package of sticker paper thinking it was user error and unfortunately it is the machine. After a few uses of trial and errors now my mat won’t load properly. The right side is moving and the left side freezes which dragged my mat in sideways and caused it to fold multiple times. I am beyond frustrated I spent so much money on a machine that had such good reviews. The last issue I just experienced was buying a 12 by 24 mat to try and cut vinyl. I go to load a BRAND NEW brother mat and the machine cannot recognize the mat. How is this possible? Multiple attempts and I gave up. I am sending this machine back tomorrow. Don’t waste your money.

Wish it came with a user manual. Take time to learn. Watched a lot of YouTubes. Happy with our come of projects. Accessories are expensive.

I watched a few videos on youtube before starting so I knew what I was to expect and getting into. It's really easy to use and brother is a really good brand, we have a brother scanner at work and it's the best thing. I made a sticker so far but I'm excited to learn how to make more things!

Best Printer Purchase Ever

I put off purchasing a colored laser printer because I thought they were too expensive, but when my previous printer that was less than a year old stopped working (it was not Brother brand) I was forced to buy a new printer. Lucky for me a knowledeable printer/computer person told me that Brother makes a good laser printer. This printer has the best color quality of any previous printers I have ever owned.

I decided to request this product because I'm not super crafty, but I desire to be so! My baby just got a helmet to help with the flat spots on his head and I was able to easily create and print stickers to decorate his helmet. I look forward to trying out lots of different media using the Scan N Cut.
