[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One ear bud always ends up failing to charge after a few months of owning these. The sounds is really good, but they do not last and are just not worth it. I will never be buying anything LG related again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the LG TONE Free Wireless Earbuds for about two weeks now and they continue to impress me. I have been using them for the requisite hours of music I play throughout the day as well as phone calls, and just today, to watch a movie. Across the board, the sound is incredible, no static, no gaps, just sheer excellence. The comfort level is a 10, which I have never experienced with headphones or earbuds. Inevitably, no matter what I have spent on the item, it will begin to hurt my ears at about the 30 minute mark. Not these however. They stay where you place them and they remain comfortable. Also cool is that when you open the bacteria killing UVnano Charging Case, the earbuds seamlessly pair to your phone or tablet, register themselves, and install an app that allows you to tune and equalize your earbuds to your music-loving heart's content. Very cool, very innovative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mission since Covid-19 started was to find wireless ear buds that were comfortable, had solid sound & were simple to use - found it. Thanks (again) LG. These don’t dominate your ear or feel heavy like some others I tried.
Read a lot of poor reviews on the sound, but those are nonsense - sound is better than the other 3 I tried. Case is tiny & light - can’t beleive it.
Delighted I found these - love the freedom they give me. Great work LG & Meridian - u guys make my tunes sound perfect. Bass bombs r overrated - listen 2 the real music with these.

When I got it, I was worried about how to use it. However, it was so easy to connect my iPhone even though I am not good at IT things. Also, it is very pretty and perfectly fit with my ears. Moreover, considering the features, I think the price is very reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a pair of these headphones for my son for his birthday. As soon as I saw them I needed a pair for my wife and myself. Where I made a mistake is I didn’t see how they sounded. Once I tried them out for the first time I was extremely disappointed in the sound quality. Until I found out about the LG Tone app. Once I downloaded the app and set the correct settings I discovered that they do in fact sound spectacular. And the call quality is perfect. Where LG made a HUGE mistake was NOT telling the consumer anywhere in the owner’s manual about the app that made these sound as good as they do.
All in all I’m glad about my purchase and I truly enjoy the sound quality of these headphones. I also love the disinfection that happens every time they are put away.

Good quality ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds every day and they provide agood quality sound. Phone calls received while using the ear buds are handled without any problems. Hearing the caller or them hearing me had never been a problem. There are times where they have trouble connecting to my phone, but putting the buds back in the base solves that problem.
