Left earbud randomly stopped working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My left earbud for the LG TONE free has stopped working. There’s no blue light on that side when in the case and it won’t connect to my phone. The right earbud still works completely fine

A weak Bluetooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are great earbuds, however, they periodically loose connection with the mobile phone. It could happened during the important phone call and it is embarrassing. The good thing is the quality of the microphone and sound.

Great for about a year

I loved them for the first year and then they fell apart a few days after the 1-year warranty expired. I replaced them with AirPods -- better sound and better warranty.
