Too Many Issues for the money

These Sound Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When these earbuds came in the mail I was not sure what to expect. I have typically used other brands but these seemed to be a very nice product based on my research. Upon opening the box, they are packaged very well and they have everything that is needed to easily connect them to your mobile phone or other blue tooth device. The pairing of the headphones was very simple. They have a small button on the outside of the case that you use to start the pairing process. Once they have been paired there is also an app that can be downloaded to access other features of the ear buds as well as a user directions for the different features right from your app. They have several features that make them very nice from the noise canceling, awareness mode where it makes noise around you stand out even with the ear buds in, and normal mode. Its nice that you can control volume, and all of the features with just taps on the earbuds. Some of the others that I have used required this to be done on the phone. They also come with extra silicone ear cups that allow them to fit in different shaped ear canals. I have always had problems with getting ear buds to stay in my ear but these will stay in with no issue when inserted properly. Overall they seem like a very well made product and I will see how they hold up to my daily activities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start in the most important place, I can barely tell when I have these earbuds in place. They are light and comfortable, and feel very secure in place. The battery life has been excellent and I love being able to top them up using the included charging case. Most of my use has been for listening to music, and I'll write up a detailed section for that in a moment. My use for phone calls has been as expected, with most able to identify I was on some sort of bluetooth equipment but none with any complaints. The integrated controls to answer and end calls have come in handy a few times, and work without issue.
Listening to music has been an enjoyable experience. These earbuds are capable of delivering an incredible experience and the mobile application allows a nice amount of customization to the experience very easily. I have noticed that their ability to delivery the subtle details of music also means they are able to highlight where the recording quality is lacking. I should admit I notice the details and the difference between good and great recording. Listening to my normal streamed/downloaded music has been good, and sounds as expected. The real magic comes when you feed these the higher resolution and better quality music. They come to life and are able to establish a spacious experience, without feeling at all forced or artificial. I did notice that my "normal" app for streaming and downloading music seemed to max out at a volume less than expected. This was easily solved with a purchased app that also plays nicely with high res recordings and allows additional customization/tuning of the sound.
On the non-listening side of the experience, I have been impressed by the mobile application's functionality, and the software update delivered to the earbuds was quick and exactly as expected. I haven't used the wireless charging capability yet, as I have USB C readily available in the house and car.

First of all, they fit well in my ear. In my testing, they never fell off during my workouts or walks. Coming to the build quality, they are pretty durable. especially the case. I accidentally dropped them twice when I took them out of the pocket, both the times they survived. The case is slim compared to other competitors.

The content of the earbuds packaging is a wireless charging case with earbuds and a USB c charging cable. Lg claims that the case provides 21 hours of charging and during my testing I was getting up to three full charges. which adds up to what was promised. the buds hold a charge for 6 hours on continuous usage. This product is IPX4 rated for water and sweat resistance which is good for my workout usage.
Coming to the sound quality it's crystal clear while listing to my daily music. I can surely feel the difference from my earlier earbuds. It surely is a premium device. especially the noise cancellation feature that makes the music clear in a noisy environment. The case is small and compact which fits in pockets easily.
I have been using this as my daily driver synced with my phone. The sync was super simple just opening the case popped up a notification on my phone. Accepting the notification connected to the device to my phone. The simple touch functions for call attending, playing, pausing music, and volume works well.
I am loving them. Would be recommending this to my friends for sure.

Fantastic Sound, Ease of Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using wireless earbuds so I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound, the ease of use and the convenience.
First of all, earbuds come conveniently in a small box complete with the earbuds in their own case/charger along with the charger cord, additional earpads and instructions. I especially like that the earbuds "magnetically" snap into the case and will not fall out if turned upside down. The case is the perfect size to fit into the pocket of pants or in your purse so it really does "go anywhere".
The instructions are fairly easy to follow and it comes in several languages so you need to follow along with the page numbers displayed below. The battery life of the buds is pretty impressive, I have had them for about a week and used them every day sporadically and have only had to charge them up once. Pairing the buds to your phone is an absolute breeze (I have an iphone X) and it doesn't really take instructions to figure out, but the instructions are easy to follow and anyone can do it.
The charging status of the earbuds is displayed at the front of the case with Green as fully charged, Yellow 20 - 80% and Red less than 20% charged. Again, an easy "no brainer" way of seeing the charging status. The sound and "clearness" of these earbuds is pretty amazing. I have really enjoyed listening to my music on them. The sound is great, the base, trumpet is clear and rich and a simple tap on the earbud turns it on and off. In fact, these earbuds are so responsive it has taken me a little bit to realize I don't have to touch them very hard. A simple light touch does the trick. Once I found the right size pads for my ears I haven't had any issues with them falling out of my ears whether I'm walking or exercising on my elliptical. They stay snuggly in my ears until I remove them. It is worth taking the time to try each size to see what fits for you. You can switch from Ambient sound (allows you to listen for noises around you, especially important if you are out walking) to Noise Cancelling (perfect for listening to music). Again, just touch and hold for second on button on either earbud. It took me some time again to get the right "touch" it just takes a little practice. The connection range is impressive, you can walk away from the phone and the earbuds will still work. I have a two story home and have walked all over the house without losing the signal. I'm very impressed with these earbuds.

Great wireless earbuds!

I had been waiting for some decently priced, fully wireless earbuds for a while and when I saw these I instantly bought them. They are a good size, both the buds themselves and the case, have a good overall design and fit well. Most importantly they sound good and have a decent battery life. The initial pairing with my Pixel phone was very quick and easy, with a notification popping up on my screen straight away and guiding me to install the (I believe optional) app to be able to access all of the features. From the app you can customize the gestures and sound profile. The only feature I think these are missing is the ability to pair to two devices (laptop/tablet and phone) at the same time, but apart from that, these are my go-to earbuds.

I called LG Support who instructed me to return the product for repair or replacement since it was still well within the 1 year warranty period.
