[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time trying out earbuds and I absolutely fell in love. No more wired headphones for me because I’ve found my new favorite. It’s comfortable in my ears as if I’m not wearing anything. The sound is crisp and clear. I have no echo issues. Whenever I’m on my phone no one has complained about me not being clear. It’s super lightweight and it works well without having to adjust every second. During exercise it stays in place securely. Sweating doesn’t bother it at all. One of my favorite feature with these earbuds is that when I take one or both out my ears it automatically pauses my music and as soon as I pop them in again the music resumes. All without me touching my phone. How cool is that? When they are in my ear I like that I can tap once to pause or play and the double tap for volume settings. With a little tweak on the app I customized my settings. Quick charge and about 6 hours of battery life is a plus. For me the icing on top is how the case sanitizes the earbuds . This is a product I would recommend and also purchase for gifts

Worst sound ever

Bought this last week. Paired easily, touch controls are average. But... the sound quality is extremely choppy. Spent hours trying to resolve including looking for support which recommended I download the "app" which is essentially 3 static pages telling you how to connect to your phone. Worthless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls out of ears !

These headphones were just not made for human ears, they constantly slip out and fall on the floor:(

I can't believe how fast the Earbuds charged, I was able to charge in a short time and use all day. The Earbuds come in a cute little charging case that can be thrown in a purse or backpack. I just love everything about the LGTone Free Earbuds. This is going to be a great Christmas gift for friends and family this year.

They are snug in my ears and do not fall out as my prior pair did. Then, there is the music sound. I listen to a variety of music such as rock, hip hop, country, and top hits, and I love the sound. If it were a wine, the sound would be considered complex and full-bodied. Lastly, and just as importantly, the battery life is excellent. I go multiple days without the need to recharge. I have to say, these were a worthy investment, and I am happy to be an owner. I would highly recommend them!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off with the pros then dive into the cons. The design of these earbuds is pretty nice. They have a glossy finish that is a fingerprint magnet, but it looks premium. The case is nice and small and can slip in anywhere. The audio is amazing. Everything sounds crisp and smooth and having the noise cancellation that enhances the audio you're listening to is amazing. Plus, having a companion app to tweak some settings is a very nice bonus. They also connect seamlessly with my Android 11 phone. Google even adds the buds to your find my Android app where you can see them alongside your other devices on the account. The battery comfortably gets me through the day with a single charge. There are, however, many things I do not like about these earbuds. For one, no matter what I do, the left earbud keeps falling out of my ear. I've tried all three tips and it just does not want to stay. When I take a call, I can hear the caller perfectly, but they complain that I sound too far away, that the echo in the room I'm in is so high, or that the background noises are drowning out my voice. I was also taking an important phone call and I was adjusting one of the earbuds and it ended up disconnecting the call. There is an option in the app to turn off the touchpad entirely, but I shouldn't have to. The touchpad is extremely useful when it isn't accidentally being triggered. I also noticed something very strange when taking out an earbud. Sometimes it pauses what I'm playing completely, other times it keeps playing but lowers the volume significantly on the one I still have in. All in all, they are nice, but I would not recommend someone to purchase these - especially at the their price point.

Amazing sound but no UV light
