[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've put these earbuds through the wringer over the past month and I am impressed. From the moment they arrived, they have consistently surprised me in quality and performance.
The box and materials were of great quality, but what got me at first was how easily they paired with my phone. I think that was the easiest pairing experience in all of my bluetooth life (I've had a ton of accessories over the years).
I have to say they were really comfortable from the first use, but I did have some issues later with longer use - I fixed it by changing the rubber cover on the earbuds (three sizes come included). I changed some of the controls, and began fiddling with the sound.
I do want some more bass, but overall my music sounds great from these. Phone call quality is probably better than a ton of wired earbuds - I rarely use the handset for calls, I prefer the quality of an earpiece and these deliver!
I mentioned listening to music, so I have to bring up the ambient sound feature. The earbuds have great mics to pick up outside sounds and filter them to me when I need to be more observant of surroundings.
The TONE Free app is a wonderful feature - kudos to LG for it. I like the seamless nature of how the app and earbuds work together.
Last thing I want to mention is the case - excellent feel and quality to it. The case charges the earbuds when not in use and it does its part perfectly. I rarely need to charge the case too, it holds power well and the light keeps me informed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the priviledge to try out the HBS-FN4 ear buds, they were very easy to connect to my iphone and charged very quickly! I have been using beats earbuds and headphones ,but don't really care for, I believe they are overpriced for the sound quality you get. These little ear buds blew the beats out of the water. I always found the beats to have a tinny quality, these LG ear buds were full of sound and no buzzing or tinny sound. I fly alot and find I have to turn up the volume to drown out airplane noise. For the first time on my flight I did not hear the airplane at all, the noise recuction was incredible. So if you are in the market for good wirless ear buds that won't break the bank, these are the ear buds for you!!

I truly impressed with the sound quality and ease of connection. My daughter even connected them to her iPhone. There were definitely a great purchase. The battery life was ok, they lasted about 2 hrs which is about standard, for ear buds, I didn't tell any difference with the ambient sound feature, my daughter stated she thought it was difference. I guess it depends on what your listening pleasure is. I honestly tune everything out when I'm listening to music regardless...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a huge fan of LG products. So when I had the chance to try these LG TONE Free HBS-FN4 Earbuds I was super excited. First of all the sound quality is top-notch. I love the fact that you can adjust the sound quality via the app. I also like how comfortable the earbuds are. I sometimes forget I even have them in after wearing them for a while. On top of all that, the case can charge the earbuds multiple times without being recharged. One of the strangest features is the ambient sound mode. This mode allows you to have both earbuds in but still hear the sounds around you. To me, it sounds like everything is underwater when this mode on. The only negative about these earbuds is the microphone quality is not up to par. I had several calls where the person could not hear me or understand me. Honestly, I kind of expected that considering the microphone is near your ear. Overall I would recommend these LG TONE Free HBS-FN4 Earbuds as great truly wireless earbuds.

When I put them in my ears, the fit so smoothly, very comfortable. The sound is awesome!! I let my daughters try them out to see if they would buy them, and one daughter actually bought a pair because she loved them so much. The quality is excellent, and the value was great. The battery life lasts a very long time. The call quality is Excellent! I've already recommended to family and friends. 5 Stars!!!
