[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The build on the earbuds and case is good, but the average audio quality for listening to music does not justify the price. Also, I would not recommend these for wearing during vigorous running or exercising as they move around quite a bit in the ear. They are comfortable enough when walking or taking a phone call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm familiar with LG as a home theater brand-love their OLED TVs and enjoy an Atmos-enabled soundbar, which also uses Meridian Audio Technology. I was glad to give the LG FN7 earbuds a try.
I've used many brands of true wireless headphones and I have been pleasantly surprised with the sound quality. The earbud tips are comfortable and make a good seal and won't fall out if you shake your head. The active noise cancellation is pretty impressive as well-not quite the level of over the ear noise cancellation but great for getting rid of background drone without being bulky. The LG Tone Free app allows for a lot of customization, including 4 modes of Meridian tuned equalization-Immersive (my favorite), Natural, Base Boost, Treble Boost, or 2 custom settings. You can also turn on notifications to read notifications if you've got your phone in your pocket. Noise reduction and echo cancellation during phone calls is effective. I've recorded some voice memos to assess microphone quality and have been impressed with the vocal clarity.
Additional specs include IPX4 sweat and water resistance (good for being splashed in rain-don't try to submerge them).
The case is compact and circular, easily stashed without looking too bulky in pants pocket. It can be charged via USB-C or wirelessly with a Qi-charging pad (which I prefer). They are fast charging so a quick 5 min top off is good for up to 60 min of playtime. The case has a built in battery to extend the 7 hour earbud life to up to 21 hours.
All in all, great sound quality and nice features. Website indicated there may be a UVnano disinfecting function in the case but that does not seem to be available in the unit I received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to look and feel of these LG HBS-FN7 earbuds. Pairing to my phone was quick and easy. They are light and comfortable. I can wear them for hours without having any discomfort to my ears. Listening to music is great. I like the preset Bass Boot setting in the app; for me It gives the right mix of bass and treble. Phone calls quality is clear and no problem. The Active Noise Cancellation feature is effective in filtering and reducing ambient noise. The battery life is great and I like the fast recharging time. The carry case is sleek and can be charged wired or wireless. Overall, the sound, features, and product quality are comparable or better to my other brand's earbuds in the same price range but these FN7 earbuds feel more comfortable. Definitely worth buying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using wireless earbuds so I didn't know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound, the ease of use and the convenience.
First of all earbuds come conveniently in a small box complete with the earbuds in their own case/charger along with the charger cord, additional earpads and instructions. I especially like that the earbuds "magnetically" snap into the case and will not fall out if turned upside down. The case is the perfect size to fit into a pocket of pants or in your purse so it really does "go anywhere".
The instructions are fairly easy to follow, it comes in several languages so you need to follow along with the page numbers displayed below. The battery life of the buds is pretty impressive, I have had them for about a week and used them every day sporadically and have only had to charge them up once. Pairing the buds to your phone is an absolute breeze (I have an iphone X) and doesn't really take instructions, but the instructions are easy to follow and anyone can do it. The charging status of the earbuds is displayed at the front of the case with Green fully charged, Yellow 20 - 80% and Red less then 20% charged. Again an easy "no brainer" way of seeing the charging status.
The sound and "clearness" of these earbuds is pretty amazing. I have really enjoyed listening to my music on them. The sound is great, the base, trumpet is clear and rich and a simple tap on the earbud turns it on and off. In fact, these earbuds are so responsive it has taken me a little bit to realize I don't have to touch them very hard, a simple light touch does the trick. Once I found the right size pads for my ears, I haven't had any issues with them falling out of my ears whether I'm walking or exercising on my elliptical. They stay snuggly in my ears until I remove them. It is worth taking the time to try each size to see what fits for you. You can switch from Ambient sound (allows you to listen for noises around you, especially important if you are out walking) to Noise Cancelling (perfect for listening to music). Again, just touch and hold for second on the button on either earbud. It took me some time again to get the right "touch" it just takes a little practice. You can walk away from the phone and the earbuds will still work. I have a two story home and have walked all over the house without losing the signal. I'm very impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I love LG. Way back when they released the LG G3 in 2014. These headphones aren't as "wow" as my first LG phone. So let me start:
Pros:
- great small case that will charge the earbuds very quickly. Get an hour in 5 minutes! I love how the case is fresh and different compared to practically to everyone else. And it wirelessly charges which is awesome, or charge the case with usb-c. Watching the earbuds snap in place can be quite satisfying.
- once you get the lg tone app installed and configured these earbuds sounds second to none! Absolutely fantastic sound.
- great run time between charges. 5 hours with nose cancelling and 7 without.
- comfortable earbuds. Hours of comfortable wear.
Cons:
- in order to get something above decent sound you need to install the tone app. Why can't I get good sound without it? Yes, once the app is installed and running the sound quality is fantastic but why?
- I tried working it with these earbuds and I struggled greatly. They got lose and other then the silicone ear plug not much keeps them in place. A walk is no problem but I couldn't recommend a long run or any kind of strenuous exercise. I feel they would just fall out!
- the controls can be touchy. I hung up on my mom during a phone call just because I wanted to adjust the earbuds! I can do that again or I'm in big trouble!
- the active noise cancelling is good but not great. Still heard a bunch of background noise. I've heard worse in headphones but not at this price.
So their you go. These LG earbuds are made for listening in an office, home, or walking the dogs. Anything else they may just fall out!

Love these earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these a few weeks ago and they are great. I am able to easily able to switch between my work and personal phone. I use them for all my work calls and listen to music around the house. I have used them to work out a few times already and they stay in my ears perfectly. Great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to upgrade my wired headphones and these LG TONE Free headphones did the trick! I love that they’re truly wireless so that I can get up and walk around with out taking my phone or computer with me. The extra gel tips makes it easier to find a good fit than the one-size-fits-all headphones that always seem to fall out of my ears. The sound is really good quality even on phone calls and the microphone is clear enough for people to hear me with no echo or noise issues. I like the different sound settings so that I can adjust the bass and treble to suit my needs. The ambient sound mode is nice for when I go for walks so that I can hear cars or bikers behind me but they also do a pretty good job of noise cancellation when I need it. Overall, a great buy!
