Being in a vehicle, I didn’t want the person on the line to hear me driving. I was pleasantly surprised that they can’t tell I’m driving. This totally passes the test! I like to walk around the house with them, it makes things easier. Even in the grocery stores, I can stay on the phone and push my Shopping cart with 2 hands. I love the magnet in the case. I always get confused on which side goes where but with this case it’s easy to tell which goes where. Nice crisp sound and comfy in the ears!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg! I used to talk junk to my son about having his earbuds in all the time, but now I see what the hype is about. Doing in home child care I need to be hands free most of the time but it seems like that's when people call and text me the most. I love that I can have one or both in and still be able to hear the kids or tak on the phone due to dual microphones. I'm able to answer calls with just a double tap or get my text messages and notifications read to me when I'm not able to get to my phone. Before I had to be stagnant when on the phone so I could never get things done, now im able to do whatever without without the hassle of holding my phone or trying to tuck it in my bra lol. The sound is clear and crisp and no one had ever had a problem hearing. My music sounds great when I'm walking and the ambient sound still allows me to be safe by letting hear my surroundings. I definitely give them a 2 thumbs up. The battery is long lasting and doesn't take long to charge.

The case and earbuds have this magnetic connection to each other, which is absolutely a plus. The sound on these is perfect you can't even hear yourself if you have them in. There is an app you can download called LG tone free, it tells you the battery percentage and it gives you a user manual, it also allows you to answer the phone. It provides noise ambient sounds setting of noise canceling, so you can’t hear other people talking or any noise around you.
There’s another quality that provides bass boost or you can adjust the bass to the setting that you like the best. The next one is called touch pad use, so the earbuds will turn off automatically when not being used. They also include this wonderful setting that you lose your earbuds will help you locate them. The earbud will be making a chirping sound if it is on Bluetooth range. The earbuds fit in the ear perfectly, they do not fall off if you're working out or running, they stay in the same exact spot you put them in. They come with a fast charging cable, so it takes about 30 minutes for the battery to be fully charged. It can last me all day! These earbuds have a very long Bluetooth range. The size of the earbuds case is convenient, it fits perfectly in your pocket if you're on the go. When you're making phone calls you can hear the other person so clear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these buds. Easy to pair right out of box. Downloaded the app. As soon as I opened the case they paired with my phone. Paired with my smart watch. Within 2 minutes I was running. These stay in the ear and don’t move. There is a little tweaking with the noise reduction setting for outside noise vs the music. With the phone it is easy. The smart watch I have had a little trouble getting the settings down. These are light and play great. The battery lasts for my 5 mile runs. They are good earbuds for the price. Best part is they stay in my ears even when sweating.

Lacks depth, bluetooth quality issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds sound good for watching videos and music focusing on vocals. However, as soon as there is a lot going on instrumentation-wise or the low end is needed they struggle. There is a decent amount of Bluetooth sound floor hum as well. Another glaring problem I had is that on certain devices the sound quality is just awful and full of noise. On my LG G8X and Note10+ they sound fine but on my Motorola Edge and iPhone XR they sound way too muddy, and the ToneFree app does not help. I've tried disabling all types of audio enhancements and changing the Bluetooth encoding method to no success. Lastly, the ear tips have smelled horrible since they were first opened and no amount of cleaning helps, it appears to be the material itself just reeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these and they didnt disappoint. They are lightweight, they fit in my ear perfectly and dont fall out when I move. They are comfortable to wear and didnt make my ears hurt if I wore them for a longer period of time. The battery life is really good and I love how it let's you know the amount of charge left on the earbuds and or the charging case when you connect to it. The 2 earbuds are magnetic so when you remove them from your ear you can stick them to each other to keep track of them both if you cant put them in the case right away. The case is very light and compact and easily fits into a pocket or purse with very little space needed. The sound quality is really good I was worried that it might not be on a cheaper pair of earbuds but it was definitely really good sound. I love how you can use the ambient sound function if you need to be able to still hear what's going on around you but dont want to have to keep the music way down or only use one earbud to hear youre surroundings. It's something I would use if I'm listening to music while jogging down the street or maybe if at work but you have to be able to hear customers or fellow employees. It's simply to turn that function on and off with just a touch of the earbud and a short hold on it. I really liked everything about it but there was 1 con that I found and im not sure if theres a way to fix it because it's a feature that's useful when needed but annoying if you're not trying to use it and that is the tap to pause. If my hair falls on the earbud with any kind of pressure it pauses the music. If I try to adjust the earbud the music will pause and on pause over and over again until its situated. Its great feature to be able to tap the earbud and instantly pause the sound if uppity need it. I like to use my arbuds at night when everyone is sleeping to watch videos or listen to music, podcasts or ebooks and while laying down if I lay on my side or wanna prop my head on my hand it pauses. I wish that was different but it's a minor issue and wont stop me from using them I just cant lay on my side,or touch my ears in any fashion while using them if I want uninterrupted sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These LG earbuds are the best earbuds I have ever owned. They are light weight and very comfortable in my ears. I usually choose wired earbuds because I have accidentally thrown out my wireless ones before. These LG earbuds connect to an app that will help me find my earbuds if I misplace them! The app also lets me see just how much charge each bud has. These are fast charging and have a colored light to indicate charge if you don’t have access to the app. I usually use earbuds for audiobooks but checked out a few of my favorite bands and they worked awesome! Can’t go wrong with these no matter what you listen to.

Some features that I found very useful were that the earbuds can pause a video or music by just tapping on one of the earbuds. Another luxury feature is the ambient noise which you can turn on or off by tapping and holding one of the earbuds. The charging case displays different lights for the amount of battery that the headphones have. These earbuds are amazing
