Poor sound quality

I got this headphones today and after few hours of fighting with all possible settings, I filled online warranty form in the store where I bought them. The sound quality is suprisingly poor. Especially when there is a lot of voices/instruments present in a track. Terrible distortions and noise. I hope this is just a problem of my copy. If not, I will be really confused as my old, cheap, noname equipment works a lot better :/ I also hope there will not be any problems with exchange. For now, only one star.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The true wireless LG Tone Free (FN7) earphones deliver quality noise cancellation and audio performance at an affordable price. These ear phones delivers surprisingly strong ANC (active noise cancellation), at times doing as well or better than more expensive models, In addition, the on-ear controls are easy to misfire, and default audio settings are bizarrely sculpted. The good news is that in-app EQ can override the audio presets, and the drivers are capable of some excellent audio. These earphones are compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and supports AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs.
Playback is controlled with a single tap, volume is adjusted with a double tap, and three taps skips forward a track, but there's no track backward. You can adjust the controls in the app very easily .The charging case is one of the more compact we’ve seen, and unique in its circular shape. It has a flip-top lid that reveals the charging docks for the earpieces. The front area, below the lid, houses a status LED, and the back has a USB-C port for the included USB-C-to-USB-A cable and the case also works wirelessly with Qi-certified chargers.
LG's Tone Free app Supports both Android and iOS and regarding the battery life is estimated to be roughly five hours with ANC on or seven hours with it off, and the charging case holds roughly 21 or 15 hours in those two scenarios.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, these LG Tone Free FN7C are extremely comfortable and I have a good number of other brands that I tried and over time found them very annoying. These have medical grade spiral ear gel design that sits comfortably in my ears. I literally can wear these all day and my ears are always "happy". Another reason I really like these is the sound with ANC feature (Active Noise Cancellation). The sound has been tuned by Meridian and makes it sound spatial and clear for any type of genre I threw at it. It also has a very nice bass reproduction which I did not expect at all. With its dual microphones my calls are always clear too, thanks to the inner microphone which cancels out unwanted noise when ANC function is turned on.
Also the case it comes with has Fast Wireless charging and only 5 minutes of charging will give you an hour of playtime, which is pretty handy. And of course if you want to use a USB-C cable, LG has included it in the box as well.
One thing I miss is the UV Nano feature from last year's model which pretty much sanitized your buds, but this year LG added Active Noise Cancellation and I am all for it! It is perfect for your peace of mind when you find yourself in a noisy environment.
All in all, I am a huge fan of these buds, its build quality and its amazing sound quality. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Other earbuds will hurt my ear if i wear them to long. the sound for the earbuds are amazing. i didn't not have any issue connecting them to my bluetooth. as soon i download the app it automatic connect the earbuds to my phone. you can manage the setting of earbuds through the app. I used the earbuds every single day while i am at work or exercing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for wireless, noise cancelling headphones for a while - I had tried my brother's (different brand completely) and did not care for them. Bought these and BINGO!!! Perfect for me.
I needed earbuds that were wireless, would work with my cellphone, were noise cancelling, had great sound quality, were easy to set up and use, comfortable and would not fall out of my ears, and were affordable. These have checked all the boxes.
Right out of the box they were perfect. They came fully charged so all I had to do was digitally connect them via bluetooth to my cell phone and go. The Tone Free App is awesome. They came with several medical grade silicone ear gel covers and one fit my ear canals perfectly, allowing the earbuds to stay in comfortably and without wobbling while I jumped around (testing them out you know!) They are so light! Can hardly tell I have them in.
I spent a little time experimenting with adjusting volume, setting etc. and they are very easy to control. Additionally, using them with my phone was super easy and the sound quality on both ends (myself and the person who called) was great and natural.
I love how well they cancel ambient noise ( and the noisy person in the next cubicle) so I can really focus on the incredible sound quality. The bass really rocks and is smooth. I cannot hear anything around me, which is great, sometimes but they have an ambient sound setting (it only takes a quick click on the earbuds) which allows you to hear your surroundings which is great for safety, or if you need to listen to someone or something.
I also appreciate that they are water and sweat resistant so that I can use them outdoors. The charge lasts all workday for me and the compact case makes charging super easy, and quick. (as in I put the buds in the charging/storage case, set it on my wireless charging pad and they are fully ready to go in about 30 minutes.
I am really happy with these and recommend them highly.
