Dangerous shelves

After 3 uses of my new oven, the shelves stick and wont come out once oven is heated. very dangerous

Great Features

I love this versatile oven, with 2 exceptions. One, it seems to take forever to cool down so the fan will shut off. Two, the kitchen really heats up from the vent being used while cooking. Overall, this is a great appliance. Love the wifi connection feature. Highly recommended.

Long Time to Preheat

I do love the look of this oven, but because the heating elements are hidden, it takes a long time to preheat. That’s not a problem as long as you plan ahead and have lots of extra time to wait. It’s now the family joke if we’re going to cook something that we have to preheat the oven in an hour before we want to begin the baking process.

Greatest oven ever

The oven is attractive, well finished, and the display is bright, functional, and easy to use. The side hinge door greatly increases usability and accessibility. The roller rack operates smoothly and consistently. We are pleased with these features.
The fixed rack is a little too wide and makes contact with the ceramic coating on the inner oven wall sliding the tray in and out. I fear this will wear through the coating over time. However, it is possible this is due to tolerance stack or the installation.
The overwhelming negative and the reason for deducting stars js: in order to use the Air Fryer feature, you must connect the oven to WiFi, create a GE account, download the GE app, and pair the two. That feature is made inaccessible until you complete those steps. I paid for an over with an air fryer and GE held that feature hostage until I offered my personal information and access to the device I paid for. And that is completely unacceptable. If I had known this feature were hidden behind this artificial barrier, I would not have bought the oven. It's unethical to pay for a device for its feature set only to learn later that there are conditional barriers blocking those features.
