Love my new oven. Baked fantastic. Love all th features especially the wifi connection. Also love being able to proof breads and pastries in my oven and having the right hand open is absolutely fabulous

Easy Access for wheelchair users

Decrease risk of burning my self with opening from side door and pull out racks. Replaces many different appliances.

What a great oven

The features on this unit are spectacular. The screen interface makes using the unit simple. The colors of the screen, the recipes, the tidbits of trivia and of course the local weather makes this unit very impressive. I love the oven and would recommend it to anybody.

Fantastic features, AWESOME single door side swing

This oven was a lifesaver for me! I had a 20 year old KitchenAid oven installed in the wall with a pull down door. I burned myself several times on this door and, although the oven still worked, the pull-down door was not working for me and was hazardous. I searched and searched for solutions, mainly looking at French door ovens. They are VERY expensive, and I wasn't convinced having two doors would be very convenient. Then, I happened upon this oven with a right or left opening single door. This over is everything I hoped for and MORE! I love the electronic touch pad controls. I love that it can do air frying, freeing up counterspace from yet another appliance. It cooks and bakes magnificently and can be turned on and off remotely through the app. The racks slide in and out easily, it's easy to clean, and has a convection option as well as many other modes, like "warming," "proofing" (for bread), etc. Though it was more expensive than other standard ovens, it is worth every penny.

Are a baker? GET ANOVEN with better racks!

I bake a lot. The oven racks are 2" deep. WAY TO DEEP for using 2 racks and cake pans. I just lost the top of two cakes on the bottom rack when pulling out the top rack. If you want to BAKE in this oven you can only use one rack at a time! What a waste. There ARE NO REPLACEMENT RACKS. I contacted GE.
If you use reading glasses the screen is too small for logging in to the display screen, and the app and process to use the app or oven wifi must have been written by someone never using an appliance. No logic to the user interface.
The camera is terrible, they could have at least used a fisheye lens, wide angle.

Side door is a game changer!

Because of the configuration of my kitchen I’ve struggled with the traditional door on the wall oven. We had a 24 year old GE oven that still worked but I needed the side opening door to better access the oven. I love this oven. The side open door is fantastic and such easy access to the oven especially when managing heavy food items. The air fryer is fantastic and I’m learning the difference between conventional and convection cooking. It’s so much fun. I bought the air fry basket and what a difference. Love it. It is also beautiful and the esthetic is perfect for our kitchen. I highly recommend this oven.

Needs software update for reliability

I really like the oven. However, it needs a software update. The current software hangs and the screen becomes unresponsive every couple weeks. To work around the issue the I have to go outside and trip the breaker to the over and force a reboot. I don't want my oven to act like a computer. It should just work. Please fix the softwrae.
