Broken door day one

New purchase, on very first use the door won't close with light staying on. Also the inside the door camera is mounted backward taking video of my feet outside the oven. And lastly the soft close door feature is not working either. So now I have an oven that has to be duct taped close and does not operate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my cafe oven!! Its gorgeous & smart. I can finally get rid of all those extra counter top appliances bc this has it all. Camera to watch food if doing something else, Air fryer, dehydrator, convection, toaster & I especially love the Sabbath setting as we are Sabbath keepers!

I love my ovens rather I am making toast or some vegan meal… it cooks like a dream. I have 2 side by side. Christmas here we come Cakes n cookies cooking at the same time. I have laid in my bed and watched cakes rise .., how awesome is this. We’ll get to cooking and find out.

Bakes well, some features meh

Well the video works most of the time, mainly due to the lame website the app uses to see the video. You do have to position the rack just right to actually get an useful view of what is baking. The roller racks are about 2 inches thick, limiting what you can fit when both roller 2 racks - very disappointing; I would have preferred one roller rack had I known.

Like the oven and its features. Heats up fast, lots of functionality, accurate temperature and looks nice. App is a bit sluggish and UI out of date

Would be good if the door would shut

We were really excited about this new oven. The first thing we did was a roast chicken…put it in, the oven told me when it was done. Fantastic. Next cookies. Disaster. The oven door would not stay shut and would literally turn off. I couldn’t figure out the problem until my husband found that the door wouldn’t stay shut. We’ve called for service and the new hinges are not available. It’s been about 6 weeks.

With that being said, we are so sorry that the parts you need to resolve this issue are out of stock and that you have been waiting approximately 6 weeks.
