Two issues to be aware of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice oven but.. 1. Oven sliding racks are flimsy and potentially dangerous. They tilt and sag allowing even moderately heavy items to slide off which could break oven door glass and burn user. 2. WI-FI connects to hot spots (iPhone) but not router. Somehow CR missed these issues.

New House - New Ovens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the double oven and use both regularly. Their appearance and function are outstanding though they take longer to preheat than I was expecting. I never thought I'd use an app to control my appliances, but being able to remotely preheat and/or shut off the oven is incredibly convenient. The racks are easy to adjust and while I have not used the oven's cleaning feature, I have cleaned it manually and it came out great. Finally, I like the meat probe. I tested it with a very tough cut of beef and it was perfectly cooked. I'm very pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good oven, misaligned doors

This oven works well, cooks fine. I like the camera inside and features. However, if you are purchasing is oven for the aesthetics, I would not recommend it. This product lacks quality control of its “cosmetic” features. Doors are not aligned properly and will rub against each other. Or just be totally off by 1/4 inch plus. GE will tell you these are cosmetic issues and not covered by the warranty. If it works, they really don’t care about anything else. If your doors come, scratched not covered if your doors are completely crooked on the unit doesn’t matter to them.
