Screen goes blank when timer is going off

I see per many of these reviews this is a common problem ! Our product is just a year old ! Very frustrating because the oven and timer can not be turned off when this happens ! This has to be flaw in design if so many are having the same issue ! The oven itself is beautiful and I love so many of its features but this is a huge problem !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Self Clean Cycle Broke Built In Double Oven

I used the self clean function on my double oven tonight for the first time…. The entire oven shut off and the screen went completely dark. The oven is locked and the screen has no power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not working after only 3 months of use

Not sure what has happened but our oven is currently not working after only 3 months of use. Waiting over a week and have no idea what went wrong. Thankfully under warranty for now…

Great Oven

These ovens replaced ageing and slowly dying Monogram Wall Ovens. So far I love these ovens! Only been in a few weeks, but so far they are great!

Stopped working within first few months of use.

GE was so unhelpful and hard to deal with when my oven broke after only 2 short months of using this. The technician told be that my oven would need to be replaced and GE kept saying they would send a part that was on back-order and never sent. It has now been 1 month since my oven broke and they finally agreed to exchange double oven but have told me I would need to wait another week to hear from the delivery company. I am disgusted with the way they handled my case.

Buyer beware

Initially did not work at all, motherboard replaced twice. Lag time on touchscreen causes malfunction. Wouldn't even offer to replace entire oven due to more than 3 calls, per their policy. Horrible quality for the money spent.
