Not a perfect start

Just installed and looks really good. After burn-in and cooled my wife wanted to adjust the racks but could not the roller rack out. When removing the other rack it scratched the oven walls. When I pulled the roller rack out it also scratched the wall. I can’t tell if the oven box is too small, offset or the rakes are oversized. Regardless something seems wrong, it should not be so tight it scares the wall. There was no paper instructions or book left on the oven features and how to use them. And yes there is a QR code, but I’m 71 and that’s not my normal way of obtaining information, I’m old school. Cook first meal, turned out great, so other than the above mentioned, so far it’s been a good buy, but what about a year of use. I guess we’ll find out.

The oven of my dreams!

I love all of the functions, especially the convection. I have never owned a convection oven before and this one does not disappoint. I also enjoy using the proofing function for my sour dough bread. It is not only functional but so stylish, my kitchen received a true upgrade!

2 double ovens with flawed appearance, wonky door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The double oven Is beautiful. My initial oven came with a wonky door that cannot be fixed. I was sent a second double oven with the same wonky door issue. The tech was able to fix it per my husband’s suggestion to adjust the control panel console. I don’t understand why GE would allow products to leave their factory With a design flaw.
