Haven’t worked yet

We received our first. A week later, the heating element in the bottom oven blew. We received a second. The lower oven is again having problems. The convection fan does not work properly. We are currently waiting for the part…. (1 month has passed)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing ovens!

We have just had them In for two weeks, but they are amazing ovens!! At first I thought the camera was silly and who needs that—BUT I need it! It is an amazing feature and I can see what I am cooking at all times from anywhere in my home. I also love the air fryer setting- never cooked much with air frying either, but this had already been very useful. It is a very efficient oven and I am loving it so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not Even Been Able to Use it

Got this as part of a new house build. Living in the house for 3 weeks and haven't been able to use it. LCD screen won't come on and it has no physical buttons so its completely useless. GE takes forever with support. Took two weeks to get a tech out to look at it, who of course, had to order parts, and now waiting another two weeks (at least) for him to come back out and install parts. GE has one repair tech for the entire city who is slammed (also not a good sign). Takes forever to get an appointment. Meanwhile I can't even cook a meal in my house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good oven but not great

The oven functions well but the shelves are very difficult to pull in and out, no easy gliding at all. We already had to reset the circuit board once and we've only had the oven about a month. Hopefully it was a fluke but it's worrisome being so new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We can certainly understand your concerns and suggest if you have any further issues with needing to reset your circuits, please feel free to reach out to us further for service, we are more than happy to look into this for you. Having difficulties with sliding your oven racks out can create a big mess. We are sorry to hear this has become a concern. On page 12 of the user manual you can find some tips on how to help your racks slide a bit easier, such as adding some lubricant to the moving parts. Impressive Features

These wall ovens are not only beautiful, but they also have great features. I love how the racks glide so smoothly to help getting things in and out with ease. The precision cooking feature takes all the guess work out of cooking. I absolutely love these ovens and can’t wait to cook Thanksgiving dinner with them!

I’ve never enjoyed baking or cooking this much!

The first thing I baked with my new Cafe double convection oven with air fryer amongst other features, was 13 chocolate bourbon pecan pies for friends and family for Thanksgiving. I used the finest ingredients. A very fine bourbon, Belgian dark chocolate, the freshest pecans I could find, vanilla paste, honey from my own bees, butter and eggs fresh from a local farm… I know it could be my imagination but judging from other’s reaction I think not - it was the best I’ve ever baked. You could taste every single one of those delicious ingredients. I can’t wait to start baking for Christmas.

Best ever ovens!!!

I absolutely love love love these ovens. Everything I bake comes out perfect. The digital panel is very user friendly, so if you are concerned about not liking digital products, no worries here! The stainless is absolutely beautiful and looks great in my remodeled kitchen. The interior lights really show off the food. This set of double ovens is highly recommended.

Very Quiet when the fan is running. Heats up quickly. Love the Air fryer on the top oven. Gives a sleek appearance adding value to the kitchen
