First time purchasing this brand. Installing was easy and done by the seller. Set up is easy. Used it 3 times; once for broiling and twice for baking. Temperature kept steady all 3 times. Very quiet when in use. For Thanksgiving we cooked the turkey in one oven and ham in the other. Having 2 ovens is great.

Best full extension oven racks

Love the convection feature. Oven racks are sturdy and the extension feature is much safer and easier to remove hot pans. Learning more features everyday.

NONE BETTER FOR THE PRICE AND FEATURES

For once, I had the financial wherewithal to pick any double oven I wanted - and even though there was a modest discount from GE if I replaced the existing GE unit with them, I decided to just pick the best fit for my COOK LIKE A BOSS home kitchen - it's where I test recipes before I teach the COOK LIKE A BOSS DETROIT lessons.
After testing out the new wave of oven racks, and all brands high and low, the GE Cafe model did way more than even higher priced brands did. These ovens have much sturdier slide-out oven racks than any other - not only does the top oven have 2, the bottom oven has one. BOTH ovens are convection, and both have that all-important probe. GE is one of very few companies that also have DEHYDRATION; of course that have air frying; just about all ovens do.
The smart of it all is the best - being able to use the camera (top oven only) and control both ovens through the SmartHQ app is a real game-changer. This is a feature-packed unit for a really incredible price and outstanding form and connectivity.

Beautiful Oven, Unreliable Install Instructions

I'm giving the oven 4 of 5 stars for the pain my body is in from the installation due to inaccurate instructions. The oven was fairly easy to install though the instructions for installing the pedestal rails is not reliable. The instructions say to install them slightly inward from the sides of the cabinet. This would be accurate if the sides of the cabinet were not recessed from cutout cabinet trim. If you really want to know where to install your rails, measure the front of the bottom of the oven, near the outer edges where the oven will sit on the pedestal rails. The instructions should give you a measurement from rail to rail and then have you center that inside your cabinet.
I had to pull the oven back out, remove the pedestal rails and then reinstall them closer together, then put the oven back in. It's definitely not light even with the doors off.
Easy to set up on my network through the app. Easy to control. Intuitive. It's a pretty oven and worked well the first night to bake my kiddos pizzas. We'll have to see how it does over the coming months.

I recently install the Cafe built in ovens and as an Executive Chef for more than 40 years, I am thrilled with this product. It has been in place for about a month and intend giving it a full test over the holidays.
