Great oven(s) with intuitive interface

Although my particular oven had a manufacturing defect where the electronics cooling fan was brushing its housing (make an annoying noise), they came right out and fixed it. These ovens work like a dream, look great, and has all of the features you might want. I couldn't be happier. Top rated be consumer reports and they were right.

This wall oven is beautiful and works well. We’ve only had it for 2 months at this point. I’m hopeful it lasts a long time and is durable. You connect it to an app however it works without using the app, which is one thing I was concerned about. You can get it to send you an alert when the timer goes off or you can just have it make a sound when the timer goes off. Gorgeous oven!

Touch screen is awesome. Smart features are awesome, can preheat on the way home. Slide out grates are super convenient. Only one complaint; the fan is really loud!

Best bang for the buck!

This appliance has a whole host of features that make it incredible versatile, and provides the best bang for the buck. Regular baking works perfectly. The air fry mode is pretty good, though isn't perfectly even (for example, I have to turn and rearrange bacon strips a couple times to make sure it gets cooked evenly). I wish there were two separate timers for the two ovens, and that you could turn on/off the oven lights independently instead of both on or off. Other than that, the ovens are operating wonderfully, and I'd recommend them to most anyone.

It's ok

We think it's too noisy and the noise lasts another hour after cooking is done while it's cooling down. Also the screen has frozen on us 2 times since installation in December (It's now March). One time we had to use the app on the phone to unfreeze it. If it's going to give us fun food facts, would be nice if they wouldn't repeat all the time. Can't new ones be added?
