Great, but....

Bought in November and was great, until we starting having issues with the panel. Freezes up and continuously beeps sometimes. It is still under warranty so technician is coming next week. Hopefully just a software upgrade or something simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen locks up.

Oven performs well. Air fryer is awesome. Used oven for 2 months. Screen has locked up three times losing ability to change temp, change mode or timer function. Have to wait 1 to 2 minutes to re gain functionality. This is a concern going forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When the screen locks up, we recommend resetting your double wall oven by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician. I like ve this double oven. Works great. Racks are super easy to remove and clean. The steam and cleaning mode work’s wonderful. I am very impressed with these ovens

It was easy to navigate the ovens/very intuitive. Cosmetically it is pretty and sleek. We went with these double ovens because they also included an air fryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our new double oven... GE Cafe Products

We have a GE Cafe Induction Stove Top and love it. When we built our home, we endeavored to install top of the line appliances. GE Cafe was not the main manufacturer we selected, but we did think the GE Cafe Series Induction Stove Top was best. Now after a little more than 7 years, we are replacing our appliances which are having problems with GE Cafe Products. The first to be replaced was our built-in double oven. We could no longer get parts for the original oven and more than one of the appliance repair companies in our area do not even work on the original manufacturer’s products. I would like to name them, but at this time choose to hold back on the bad and just talk about the good, the GE Cafe product line which we will use for all future appliances. Guess what, we just found out a neighbor had the exact same oven we had, and they are also going to replace it with a GE Cafe Series Product. I highly recommend the GE Cafe product line for anyone looking for a great appliance.

I recently used the preheat option on my app last week so my oven would be ready by the time I got home. The air fry option is great too, I was able to get another appliance off my countertop now that it’s built into my oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!
