Fab & Fun.... Innovate and great oven

Replace my 15 year oven with this oven. Such great features! Love the temp probe, and extra featrues. Proofing, air fry and warming options are new for me and can't live without. Automatic adjustment for convection recipes is great. Love the that I can scan barcode on frozen foods and oven adjusts. Highly Recommend this oven

the oven looks very nice in my kitchen and it has many features that I use often. I use the bluetooth app to monitor what im cooking and the time. Just an all around great unit

I purchased the cafe double oven a little over two months ago and have been so very glad I did. There are a multitude of features which add so much to the efficiency of cooking in an oven.

Disappointed

My oven is very expensive, I never thought I would spend that much on an appliance but we work very hard and decided to treat ourselves to a good appliance. The oven is defective after waiting 2 weeks for delivery. The whole purchase process was confusing. It's been a disappointing experience. The techs from CAFE who tried to help us were very nice and patient. Our product simply could not be fixed over the phone. We were then told someone would be by in a couple of weeks to take the oven apart and we would be responsible to ship the defective part. No thanks. Next week is Thanksgiving and plans would be ruined for our family gathering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
