New oven does not work

I bought this oven, brand new less than a month ago. Still haven't gotten to use it because the LED wifi panel stopped working, oven does not work. GE sent a repair person to diagnose issue which was ridiculous, wasted time. It's a new oven I'm not going accept a parts replacement on a brand new appliance that should not have issues for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LCD panel failure within 24 hrs. of install

I fell in love with this wall oven the minute I saw it in the store, specifically because I was in awe of the LCD panel. I can remember considering before purchase 'what happens if the LCD panel goes out?' and low and behold it did, less than 24 hours after installation. In addition to the panel issue, the unit shipped without a handle for the bottom oven. This is a 'premium appliance' according to GE, but so far my experience with both the product and the service has been sub-par. As you can see in the attached photos, the LCD panel is out, but when the oven door is opened you can see the light is on, so this is not a power issue and no amount of tripping my circuit breakers has corrected it. To further complicate the matter, the LCD panel came on this morning (48 hours post install) on its own, so now I am concerned about a mistake during installation or a problem with the wiring of the product.
I have spoken directly to GE's Customer Service and Consumer departments, and while they have been receptive and thorough in documenting the specifics of this incident, I am disappointed with the service scheduling per the warranty. I was given a service window of 8 am - 5 pm, which is cumbersome enough, and the Technician called to say he would be here between 4:30 pm - 6 pm, which is outside of the window. I am now out a day of work when I didn't have to be and am told by GE there is nothing they can do to bump up my service time as it depends on the length of the jobs that precede mine. It is not good service to offer such a large service window to begin with and then not be able to provide the service within that window.
To summarize and to be fair, this is seemingly an awesome product that is either faulty or was installed incorrectly - time will tell once the service technician arrives to assess the matter. I have spent a significant amount of time on the phone collectively to make GE aware of the issues, and am now at home when I could have been at work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after one month

Very disappointed

Right as I got this email to rate my oven I came to my phone to turn it on- because the screen is always blank now or only shows a few buttons. There’s no update needed. I can’t use the touch screen only after a few months of owning it

Great Double Wall Oven!

This is a great oven, we especially like the air fry option and the nice display. We also like that it links to the app to tell us when the oven is pre-heated and when the food is done cooking.

Never would buy another GE product

Oven is good. Connectivity is bad.

Looked for a double oven with convection, temperature probes and WiFi connectivity. For what I have cooked so far, the oven itself is great. My only negative is the connectivity. The GE native app is pretty bad and only connects to my oven randomly. Linking to Google Home was fine, but the connectivity is almost non existent. Google will tell you it is performing a command and then tell you in the same sentence that there is a connection error.
