Easy to use on the oven as well as from the app

So far I Love it. I’ve had it for two weeks. Top over is a little high for my 5.1 height but features all easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you use the timer the Screen goes blank

I was very excited to have this beautiful double oven. It is about 4 months old. Last week I used the oven timer as I often do and when the timer went off the screen went blank, meaning there was no way to turn off the incessant beeping. It took us some time to get it to stop beeping but finally managed. I hoped ot was a fluke. It was not. The timer cannot be used without this issue occurring. VERY disappointing. It seems this is a known problem from other reviews I have seen. Hoping someone at GE can offer assistance!!

Horrible Oven

DO NOT BUY, this oven is worthless! It has to go through system updates but we keep getting an error that update could not occur so the oven just keeps beeping loudly nonstop! To the point we have to turn off the oven at the breaker. This oven was chosen for us by our builder (new home construction) so it’s brand new and should NOT have any issues. I called the number provided on the oven screen (GE Tech team) and they stated that a 3rd party would have to be sent out to fix the issue. It’s been almost two months and no one has come to fix my upgrade luxury “Cafe” oven! Brand new home that we just moved into and we are unable to use our oven…what a joke! We have tried working with the company who sold us the oven, the warranty company and nothing. All I want is a NEW oven that WORKS! To anyone reading this…SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT BUT THIS BRAND OR GE! Worst experience ever!!

Appealing look, not all features work.. misleading

I splurged on this appliance based off of the camera feature. I was extremely excited to use the oven and test out the camera. However, once the oven finally got here in May (after 8 months of waiting) we installed it and had issues connecting it to our devices. After many tried and failed attempts one of us finally were able to connect to the oven. With that said only one phone is able to be connected to the appliance. Additionally, the camera has never worked. The appliance had an update available, which we did and thought this would resolve the issue, but the camera still does not work and persistently loads for 5 minutes before giving an ERROR notice. And only one phone still can only be connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fine but not great.

We are underwhelmed by the front screen. The timer digits are very small and hard to read. When the oven is on, there is no useful information on the screen - no clock, no timer info. We are also not fans of the graphics.

WHO EVER DESIGNED THIS WITH MANDATORY ''MUST HAVE WIFI CONNECTION TO USE THE AIR FRY OPTION'' NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE DESIGN DEPARTMENT. WHO WANTS TO HAVE TO USE THEIR CELL PHONE TO BE ABLE TO TURN ON THE AIR FRY ????? HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND ??

No Good

When I first went to use the oven the upper light came and wont turn off. I have haven't used it since because its brand new

Hi Tmac1 - We are deeply sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with your beautiful Cafe double oven. We understand your concern and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation with the interior light has caused you.

We would recommend pressing the "light bulb" icon in the upper left corner of the electronic panel to see if that will turn off the interior light. If that does not resolve the issue, please go to your circuit breaker box and turn off the power to your double oven for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics.

If the issue persists, we would recommend service. If needed, please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm EST.

Again, we appreciate how this could be an inconvenience. If service is required, this is not an issue that should prevent you from using your ovens as you would normally until the issue is remedied.

Breaking already

The sliding rack is not closing properly already and the unit thinks that the door is open from time to time and will not heat. I have only had this for 3 months and I have problems already

Hello - We're sorry for the trouble with your Café wall oven. This is certainly not the experience we expect for you to have with your unit, and we apologize for your disappointment. If the sliding racks are difficult to replace or remove, wipe
the oven rack supports with vegetable oil. However, do not wipe oil on the rack slides.

As for the trouble with the oven not heating, we recommend reaching out for a service appointment by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET or Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET.
