Shattered Glass

Installed oven December 21, 2024. Pre-heated both ovens, preparing for use. Top oven interior glass shattered. Was installed on Saturday, so could not get in touch with anyone from GE. Oven looks great and has the features we wanted. Rating will change when we work with Customer Service to resolve the issue.

I have been cooking for over 40 years with almost every kind of oven you can think of. This oven is by far the best. I was almost always burning myself on the upper double wall regular door oven. The side swing door is wonderful. Very easy to get heavy things in and out. Held the temperature to perfection. This is a must have oven!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ordered in January. Got it in July. Chose it primarily for the doors ( left swing). Feel this type of door is safer. Got a very good deal through a local appliance store.

We love our new wall double oven!! It is so much easier to use than our old one. Not only does it have swing doors that allow me easier access, but also, I can control it from anywhere with my phone.
