Side swing door double oven

We bought the oven because of the doors and that they swing to the side not down like almost all ovens. With a double oven when the door open down it makes it difficult for a short person to put food in or get the food out so this style is safer and easer to work with. The main problem is the temperature control. We have tried adjusting the temp through the system controls but that did not help so we keep a thermometer in ovens so we can adjust the temp to the right level. An oven this expensive should not have this problem. Also the lights cannot be controlled separately through the light control on the control panel but they can on the app on your phone, what is that about.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Doors which open to Left

I love my new oven, but after using the air fryer feature I had to use self clean to clean all the spatter. That worked well inside, but the glass on the door is still streaked. I believe it because there is a double pane glass and the spatters are between the glass.

So far this replacement oven has been great. We haven't used it a whole lot as we kind of gotten use to not having an oven for over 3 months.

Not Made Well - Expected better from GE

Very disappointed - the oven door is misaligned-there is a gap between the top panel and the door shows that the left side is lower than the right side - it looks ridiculous GE used top mean quality - Not anymore.

We’ve only had the oven a couple of weeks. So far, we are very pleased with how it looks and operates. Two things that keep our rating from being higher: the timer sound volume, even set to high, is very hard to hear, and th second is that we had to call in service folks to align the top door

Love These Side Swing Doors!

I've had this new double oven for almost 1 month but haven't had opportunity to put it to heavy use - yet! So far, I love it. The swing oven doors are the best thing - makes it easier to put things in and to remove them. Still have a lot to learn, but so far - excellent!
