Functionality is superb

I am just beginning to use the oven. The bake function runs hot, so be careful. You need to connect to the Wifi to use the convection function. I love the convenience of the door opening and the touch controls.

We replaced a 20 year old double oven. I am 5’2 so getting things in and out was an issue. The side opening door was a game changer. I love my new oven. It is beautiful and functional. Easy to understand and read controls at the touch of a finger. The door stays open and does not swing back to try and burn you. It is also quiet. Our dog was afraid of our old oven and would not come in the kitchen if it was on . Now he doesn’t even notice. It cooks food evenly. The glass is huge and with the light on you can see what you are cooking perfectly! I would buy it again!!

GE Profile™ 30" Smart Built-In Convection Double Wall Oven with Right-Hand Side-Swing Doors is very easy to use. Having the swing door allows my wife easy access to the oven without reaching so far and possible burns.

I absolutely love my new ovens. I never knew you could have side open doors. This makes it so much easier to get things in and out of the double oven especially really heavy pans. I am much less likely to burn myself. I like the touch panel screen, it is very easy to use and makes sense. I really like that the top over also is an air fryer. I didn't realize how bad my old ovens were until I got these. You won't be sorry if you buy them!

We also love the side-opening doors included with this oven, it really does add greater flexibility for accessing the interior. Another great feature is the no preheat air fry, which allows you to cook delicious and crispy recipes. We're confident that you are going to love using this double oven for many years to come.

Was great until door exploded after 6th use! Could not use for Christmas dinner. Bummer. Sent a replacement door, no compensation for ruining my Christmas

Hasn't Worked But for a Single Day

We installed this product in our new construction home, very excited to have this luxury piece of equipment. The product looks great and my wife really likes the vertical open doors on the appliance. The downside is we have now been living in the home for going on 3 weeks and except for the very first attempt to use the appliance it has not worked. We cannot get any reaction from the unit, though we have confirmed there is power to the unit. This has made it impossible for us to judge the actual performance of the unit or investigate all the features we were hoping to make use of. Looks like it is going to be well over a month before we will actually be able to use the unit for any period of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

love the side opening doors!

Don't why more ovens aren't side opening. Now I can reach all the way to the back of the top oven without burning myself And it has so many great features . Would have liked the oven cam in it but not available

Smart?

I purchased this oven nearly a year ago. I am 5' tall and love the side opening doors. However the fact the cooling fan runs for extended periods of time after cooking is a MAJOR irritant. I just roasted cashews at 350 for 9 minutes. Afterwards I had to listen to the cooling fan blow warm air into my kitchen for 55 minutes. I am told this is necessary due to the components that make this a "smart" oven. Personally I'd gladly give up the "smart" features (which I rarely use) and have a "dumb" oven. If a "dumb" oven would turn off when I press "off", seems to me it would be pretty "smart"!
