The screen is great; very bright, highly resistant to glare, and decent color accuracy. The keyboard feels nice, with just enough snap to avoid feeling mushy, and the soft feel of the material around the track pad and keyboard make for a comfortable typing experience all around.
It's been a joy to use for work and play with Ubuntu.
Just upgraded from a Alienware 17 R3 and can't be happier with my decision. Yes the screen is bit smaller and getting adjusted to that but usually docked to dual display port monitors so it's all good. Very impressed with this 11th Gen Intel processor and handles all my Biz without any hiccups. I am sold and will be a DELL customer for life. Thank you DELL :o)
Randomly my screen goes black and doesn't respond for several seconds. Just yesterday it went black (while using the computer) and then showed this gray static screen. Then it flashed back to my webpage. I've also had issues with wifi where it just loses all of the connections (not in airplane mode). I had to restart for it to connect to wifi. The build quality is good, but at this price these issues are unacceptable.

This is my third XPS 13 and they just keep getting better and better. My previous one is five years old and I am running out of room on the SSD. I am very pleased with the new machine. For example, the new keyboard is much more comfortable to type on than the old one was and I love the new form factor. I wish I could say I was happy with the camera, but I believe the new placement and quality of the new camera is inferior to the old one. I really like how the charging brick has continued to shrink in size; I remember how heavy and bulky former bricks were. Dell, great job!
