I love the laptop! I like the size, the feel, the screen, the sound. It seems to run hotter than I would expect and the battery life isn't as good as I would like.
I have had many laptops and this one was extremely easy to setup and use. I like the keyboard backlit and sound is pretty good. I wish it had 1 more USB port, but other than that, display is great and I like it all.

I tried to upgrade the BIOS thru Dell app, and not working at all. It says Bitlocker enabled and interestingly Microsoft says in windows 11 Home edition there is no Bitlocker. Its weird. The system takes very high memory in idle itself. some of the Keys making clicking noise. Overall Im not happy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the second laptop I've ever owned, and the first was a very cheap Chromebook. It is very sleek-looking. It is intuitive to use and the only issue I've had is that I keep accidentally dragging tabs when I only meant to click on them.
