[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this same warming drawer approximately 8 years ago and it came with stainless steel pans to use. I recently purchased the same warming drawer and was disappointed when I received it and it didn't include the pans. The fact that you have to purchase the pans now is ridiculous for this price point, they should be included.
I love the drawer, but don't want to pay extra for pans. Especially when I purchased so many appliances from Kitchenaid.

One of the best features in the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most used items in the kitchen. We use it when we cook pancakes, waffles, rolls, and meats. If has made hosting a house party very easy and it proofs bread like a champ. It would be awesome if it had better moisture control and the ability to add moisture when needed. I am sad that it didn’t come in Black stainless steal like the rest of our appliances. Maybe they will have a cover on BSS some day that we can replace it with. We will see. Worth the money and space if you have a large family or if you entertain.
