[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced double oven using oven/microwave combo. Warming drawer filled gap in cut out. Had to install a shelf Over warming oven and order heat deflector before they would install oven. Shelf added Was not flush with face of cabinet which turns out to be ok as the heat deflector fills gap between so you can’t see any space. Love the look and happy with decision. Added pic of heat deflector.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The warmer drawer looks great built-in and easy to use. Just starting using it last week. Wish it had come with a cook book.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bake a lot of bread and the proofer feature is great. I haven’t used the slow cooker feature, but plan to do so. It’s great to have a warmer that is not the oven

Bought as a "space" filler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our old microwave/wall oven combo. All of the new units from a variety of brands were approximately 10" shorter than our old unit. This created a problem in that we would have "fill" the hole in the cabinet with something. You can get decorative, custom made plates but they are quite expensive for something that fills a space. We opted to purchase a warming drawer to fill the space and have something we could actually use. Have only had it 2 weeks, but it is roomy and has variable temperature control. It appears to be very well made.

Ours broke after 11 months of use.

We built a new home and moved in during Feb 2019. We bought this warming drawer. It broke during January. The builder checked it out and found the warming drawer broke with no explanation. By the time the builder jumped through the hoops with the seller and KitchenAid, they told us we missed reporting under warranty by one day and refused to replace it. They told us we are responsible for replacing it. This despite that closing on the house was in Feb and every other company starts the warranty on the date of closing, not the date they picked up the part to install. Either way, to have an appliance this expensive that lasted less than a year is pathetic. Very disappointed in KitchenAid.

I bought one, the rubber door gasket is fragile and broke. Kitchen Aid has the part number but they are not avialable. Searched online, no luck. I would expect that Kitchen Aid stand by their products better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our kitchen renovation is complete. Our first Sunday lunch was last weekend. My husband cooks the day before and moves the food to the warmer before we go to church. Nice warm lunch and no rushing to get the food to the table from the microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen this appliance in my friends homes and they swear by it. While undergoing a kitchen remodel we decided to add this appliance to the list. And boy we don't regret it. Keeps food warm as advertised. Has different temperature settings and 2 temperature modes. One for most food and one for dry food. Very roomy and deep. Have used it several times since we bought it. One of the best items in the kitchen
