Warmning Drawer

We love our new warming drawer especially the proofing part. We are big bread makers. We replaced our old warming drawer when purchasing a new wall oven, microwave combination.
We do have only one small item that we can't figure out. We can't figure the proofing temp and maybe how to raise it. It seems to be only 75 degrees, as per our thermometer, and it needs to be 80-85 degrees. There is no help in the manuals or online.

We all know that timing all the different dishes during dinner is difficult. This allows you to prep and keep warm until everything else is ready to serve. It also is spacious and can even fit a full size pizza box..

It's a pure luxury item yet it has so much value add and function in my kitchen. slow cooking without taking up counter space is great. Keeping cooked food warm and out of the way is so nice and improves kitchen workflow. I am so glad I bought this little indulgence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this warming drawer installed under a KitchenAid wall oven combo, not only does it look great is also makes my cooking/baking center complete. Hosting large gatherings is now much simpler when food can be held for later serving times. The proofing option is fantastic as it makes baking rolls/breakfast rolls a cinch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had two ovens and would double up in one for cooking in order to warm table - ready items. I recently added this warming drawer to my tool belt and have found zillion uses for it! Not only do I now have two full-time ovens to use simultaneously, but I also have this ingenious tool for slow cooking ribs, proofing dough, and keeping pizza warm in the box!! Brilliant!
